The app works better overall after the March 2024 update, but still some issues. For example, I booked an appointment and when I clicked on the "add to calendar button" it added a 10:30 am appointment instead of the correct time that I made the appointment for (5:30 pm). I checked to make sure the time zone was correct on my calendar, so not sure how it translated the time wrong.

When making an appointment I thought the app malfunctioned when I got to the location step. I thought it wasn't loading the location for me to confirm, then I clicked where the information was supposed to be and discovered it was white text on a white background. The same was true on the time selection, I could only see the option I had clicked on, so I had to click around blindly until i clicked on an available time. White text on white background needs to be fixed.

Appt app doesn't work well, and is slow, and doesn't confirm it's working. I kind of have to guess what it's doing or not doing . I have a 2 week spacing on my record And my profile , and I can't make an appt on this app. I just have to show up and beg my way in. Not cool Need to get that fixed, it seems you could build an adjustment to the 6 or 8 week spacing that is keeping me out.
